We are in need of Licensed Dentists for Locum Tenens Position in Tullahoma, TN
- Dates: July 31-Aug 1, Oct 9-10
- Hours: 8 AM-5 PM
- Clinical Staff: 1 Hyg, 4 DAs
- Required procedures: Surgical extractions
- Avg patients per day: 5-7 NP, 15-20 EP
- Additional requirements/ info: extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mout
Contract Details:
- Relief position with the possibility of renewal
- Compensation:1200/day, with overtime pay of $225/hour
- Lodging and travel expenses provided if necessary
- Malpractice Insurance is provided
Types of Cases (can include but may not be limited to): Basic Surgical Procedures, New Patient exams & Hygiene checks, Fillings, Root Canals, Extractions, and Dentures.
(20-30 patients a day (mostly adults)
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of clinical experience needed
- Must have Active DEA and CSR with ALL Schedules
- Updated Curriculum Vitae
- Valid Professional License
- Driver’s License
- DEA/CURES Diploma (hard copy or certificate)
