Smile Loft Dental is seeking a charismatic, numbers-driven experienced leader to join our growing team. Experience with Carestack a bonus.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dental office management, with expertise in practice management, treatment plan presentation, and team motivation & management.
Responsibilities
- Leads team by example in punctuality, professionalism, integrity in interactions with management and team members
- Utilizes numbers to guide and influence decision making; able to extract and analyze relevant data points from Program Management Software and other sources as needed
- Builds coalition of support for ideas and concepts
- Inspires & motivates teams towards growth and improvement
- Holds team members accountable for their responsibilities within the organization
- Executes on responsibilities within their purview (for example, meeting or exceeding a monthly collection goal across all offices)
- Utilizes a systems-based approach to all jobs tasks
- Maintains thorough understanding of all job duties within a dental office for effective, in-the-moment coaching and management
- Open to constructive criticism
- Ability to work independently
- Team Player - willingness to help staff with tasks that are “below” a Regional Director
- Problem solving, critical thinking, and creative thinking skills
- Flexible and able to adjust to change quickly- can think on their feet
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
