**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at solo owner private practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and be knowledgeable in various dental procedures and technologies. We are ideally looking for an assistant that is experienced and enjoys DENTAL SURGERY (including simple and surgical extractions, wisdom tooth, and implant placement in the near future!
**Duties:**
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures using Eaglesoft software
- Perform four-handed dentistry efficiently
- Maintain infection control protocols and ensure aseptic techniques are followed
- Utilize 3D scanners (CBCT) and intra-oral scanners
- Manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft dental software
- Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques
- Strong knowledge of dental assisting procedures (with emphasis on surgical procedures)
- Understanding of infection control practices
- Familiarity with 3D scanners and medical imaging systems
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations
