Front Office Coordinator – Join Our Team at Dental Care 4 Kids!

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients in a warm, efficient manner
Manage and streamline the appointment scheduling process
Act as a liaison between patients and the dental team, ensuring clear communication
Answer phone calls, confirm appointments, and handle patient inquiries promptly
Follow up on treatment plans, recalls, and other patient needs
Create financial arrangements and collect copays

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 1 year of dental front desk experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
Previous experience in a dental or medical office is a plus
A positive attitude, with a strong team-oriented mindset

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, permanent position (35-40 hours per week).
A typical work week is 5 days a week including a minimum of 2 Saturdays a month.
A day off during the week is given when working a Saturday.
Saturday hours are from 8AM-3PM
