Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator – Full-Arch & High-Ticket Case Focus
Location: Roseville, CA (On-Site Only)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday

About the Role
We are a fast-paced, high-production oral surgery and dental implant center in Roseville, CA, led by a Board-Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. Our mission is to transform lives through premium, full-arch dental implant restorations—and we’re looking for a skilled, driven, and experienced Treatment Coordinator who can own the patient journey and consistently close high-value cases.
This role is ideal for a closer with a strong dental background and a proven track record in high-ticket sales. You'll be the direct link between patients and life-changing treatment, guiding them through consultation, case presentation, financing, and scheduling with confidence and care.
!! | Must have prior dental experience. Experience in implants, full-arch, oral surgery, or large case treatment planning is REQUIRED.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of implant and full-arch case conversions from lead to surgery
- Handle all patient communications via CRM systems (HubSpot, Patient Prism, etc.)
- Conduct in-depth consultations with patients and guide them through their options
- Confidently present and close high-value treatment plans (All-on-X, full-mouth reconstructions, extractions, etc.)
- Help patients obtain third-party financing (CareCredit, Proceed, LendingPoint, etc.) and secure payment solutions
- Clearly explain treatment plans, cost breakdowns, and insurance benefits
- Track leads, monitor pipeline, and consistently report on case progress and performance
- Collaborate with the oral surgeon, surgical team, and leadership to optimize patient flow and satisfaction
Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in dental treatment coordination or case presentation (implant experience is a must)
- Strong background in high-ticket sales, patient finance, or medical consultative selling
- Experience working with CRM systems and lead tracking (HubSpot, Salesforce, Patient Prism preferred)
- Confident, persuasive communicator with strong emotional intelligence and sales acumen
- Organized, self-motivated, and passionate about helping patients say “yes” to treatment
- A team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments
- Previous experience managing leads and conversions in a full-arch implant center is a strong plus
