Our growing orthodontic practices in McMinnville and Newberg are looking for a part time to full time Lab Technician and Sterilization Technician to join the team. Requirements:
- Knowledge of dental instruments/equipment -preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work approximately 3-4 days per week with a rotating schedule Monday-Thursday and occasional Fridays. This position rotates between both of our locations in McMinnville and Newberg.
Duties:
- Process and sterilize instruments before and after patient use.
- Accurately turn over clinical chairs and equipment after orthodontic procedures.
- Set up instrument trays and prepare for patient procedures as needed.
- Work in Lab, utilize 3D printer to make retainers and aligners.
- Stock clinical supplies.
- Perform clinical maintenance and monitoring as instructed.
- Provide basic clinical duties chairside, including but not limited to, providing patient care instructions, chairside instrument set-up and patient charting.
- Comply with HIPAA and OSHA policies.
