Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. We are a robust private practice dental office that offers a various range of dental services. We are a fully digital 12 operatory practice that uses Eaglesoft software, TRIOS scanners, intraoral cameras, and a CBCT. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will thrive in a collaborative environment. This role requires a strong proficiency in basic general dentistry procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide a range of dental services including examinations, restorative, endodontic, operative, and surgical procedures.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient care.
- Utilize medical imaging technology to diagnose and treat dental conditions effectively.
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and practice policies.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid dental license to practice in the state.
- Experience in a dental practice is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care while adhering to safety standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
