As a Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to uphold our standards of excellence while leading our team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality
- Ensure efficient restaurant operation
- Maintain safety, food quality and customer service standards
- Lead by example and encourage our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment
- Assist in delivering superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
