We are seeking a dynamic Call Center Manager to provide hands-on leadership and daily operational oversight for our centralized call center support team. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency and excellence across all call center functions—including patient interactions, customer satisfaction, employee development, performance metrics, and technology utilization. As a key operational leader, the Call Center Manager will translate strategic goals into actionable plans, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement to meet and exceed organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional patient service.

Develop, implement, and optimize procedures that ensure a seamless patient experience.

Set and monitor clear goals and service standards aligned with organizational values.

Drive team growth through coaching, training, and quality assurance programs.

Analyze metrics and trends to improve call center operations and patient outcomes.

Collaborate cross-functionally to create effective patient engagement strategies.

Utilize company software to enhance patient and team experiences.

Details of the Role:

Full-Time, Monday through Friday

In Office - Located in Eau Claire, WI

$60,000 - $75,000 starting salary, based on experience

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of management experience - Required

Minimum of 2 years of call center experience, with understanding of call center operations, metrics, and best practices - Required

Experience in the dental or health care industry - Preferred

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve operational goals and deliver outstanding customer/patient experiences

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement effective process improvements
