What You’ll Do:

Create and present personalized treatment plans based on patient needs
Answer incoming calls and route messages appropriately
Check in patients, verify insurance, and update patient records
Collect payments and provide financial transparency to patients
Communicate patient arrivals and updates efficiently to the clinical team
Maintain accurate administrative and patient records
Support office growth by ensuring patient engagement and retention

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in dental administration; treatment planning experience is a plus
Familiarity with Dentrix is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a positive, professional attitude

This position is Full Time - Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays in Garden City, NY. Compensation will be based on prior experience, but is ranging from $20.00-$25.00/hour.
