What You’ll Do:

Manage day-to-day office operations, scheduling, and front desk flow
Oversee insurance processing, billing, and team performance
Foster a strong, patient-focused culture in the practice

What You Need:

At least 1 year of dental front desk experience

‎ Experience managing a dental office is preferred
Solid understanding of dental insurance, dental coding, and dental software systems (Dentrix knowledge is a plus!)
Formulating treatment plans and presenting treatment to patients
Explaining financing and presenting financing options to patients
Leadership, organization, and strong communication skills
