Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general dentistry and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing various dental procedures, and ensuring the highest standards of patient comfort and safety.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to general dentistry, oral surgery, and dental extractions.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records using Eaglesoft.
- Adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure a safe working environment for patients and staff.
- Provide exceptional patient care by addressing concerns, educating patients about oral health, and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Proficiency in general dentistry practices, with experience in oral surgery preferred.
- Familiarity with dental software system Eaglesoft is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
