We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing high-quality patient care and have a strong foundation in various dental procedures. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform a range of dental procedures, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry.
- Maintain a high standard of aseptic technique to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Utilize dental software systems such as Epic and Eaglesoft for patient management and record keeping.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Skills
- Proficient in various dental specialties including prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
- Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients about their treatment options.
- Familiarity with dental software systems like Epic and Eaglesoft is preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership qualities when necessary.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism in all interactions.
