Job Description

Conduct restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures

Perform extractions, root canals, and other dental surgeries as required

Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care

Conduct comprehensive exams and interpret x-rays on hygiene patients, including oral cancer screenings and checking for signs of periodontal disease, decay, or other oral conditions.

Develop and communicate individualized treatment plans based on the patient’s clinical needs, oral health goals, medical history, and/or financial requirements

Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, EFDAs, and administrative staff to deliver coordinated patient care

Stay updated on the latest dental technologies and best practices through continuing education
Job Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

Valid dental license in the state of Ohio

Excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused approach
