Albion Dental Center is looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Dental Assistant to join our growing team in beautiful Park City, Utah. We are just 25 minutes for Salt Lake off of Jeremy Ranch. Schedule
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday – Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Every Other Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Rotating with other assistants so Fridays are flexible
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures
- Lead and support back-office operations and staff
- Maintain OSHA and sterilization standards
- Train and mentor dental assistants
- Ensure excellent patient care and comfort
- Manage clinical supplies and equipment
- Keep accurate patient records and X-rays
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (lead or senior role preferred)
- Utah Radiology Certification & current CPR certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Leadership experience or natural ability to motivate a team
- Dentrix experience a plus
