We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional dental care. We provide daily one-on-one mentorship with the Owner Doctors.
Position Summary:
The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental services to patients of all ages in alignment with our practice philosophy—clinical excellence delivered with warmth, professionalism, and integrity. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and personable dentist who values quality over quantity and wants to work in a supportive, collaborative, and patient-first setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality general dentistry, including exams, fillings, crowns, bridges, preventative care, and more, under one roof
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Develop personalized treatment plans and ensure patient comfort throughout care
- Collaborate with our skilled team of assistants and administrative staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols
- Uphold the practice’s core values: excellence, compassion, and integrity
Qualifications:
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license in good standing
- Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Gentle, patient-centered approach to care
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development

Pay: $180,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
