Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will possess a strong understanding of dental procedures, patient management, and office protocols. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Fully digital office with updated technology. Monday through Thursday hours with no weekends. Daily minimum with a bonus structure.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Conduct various dental procedures including endodontics, oral surgery, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize Eaglesoft software for managing patient information, appointments, and billing processes.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile working environment.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Proficient in dental terminology and medical documentation practices.
- Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques is preferred.
- Knowledge of infection control standards and protocols within a dental office setting.
- Familiarity with endodontics procedures is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $178,475.13 - $350,000.00 per year
