Location: Oakbrook Terrace
Practice Type: Fee-for-Service Prosthodontic Dental Practice
Schedule: Monday-Thursday clinical hours : 2 days of RDH/3 days of Treatment Coordinator/Fridays work from home

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and personable Dental Hygienist to join our team as a double role of RDH and Treatment Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in dental hygiene practices , a keen interest in complex and esthetic dentistry, and a desire to learn more about full mouth reconstruction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and cleanings.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventative care.
Assist in the management of periodontal disease and collaborate with the team on treatment planning.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Work closely with our providers to support complex treatment plans and work with coordinating treatment with other providers
Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene and prosthodontics to enhance patient care.
Contribute to a positive team environment by fostering good communication and cooperation.
Take impressions and/or scans and assist with additional duties as needed to support the practice.

Qualifications:

Valid Dental Hygienist license in Illinois.
Previous experience in a dental practice preferred, especially in prosthodontics or esthetic dentistry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care.
A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
A friendly, approachable personality that aligns with our team culture.
