What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficient workflows.
Provide exceptional customer service, greeting patients warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
Manage patient schedules, optimizing appointments and handling rescheduling with ease.
Resolve patient inquiries, including billing and insurance concerns, with professionalism and care.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with office protocols.
Train, mentor, and support administrative staff to deliver top-tier service.
Collaborate with clinical staff to create a seamless patient experience.
Manage inventory and order office supplies to keep the practice running smoothly.
Handle end-of-day financial reporting and contribute to budgeting tasks.
Meet regularly with the Operational Manager to align on practice objectives.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; experience in dental or medical office management is a plus.
Strong leadership skills with a talent for team building and motivation.
Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with dental practice management software or a willingness to learn quickly.
Exceptional communication skills to connect with patients, staff, and leadership.
Ability to multitask and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
