Lume Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, dba Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry, is seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Dental Associate to join our trusted and growing Charlotte team. We provide high-quality, child-focused dental care in a positive, supportive environment. This role is ideal for both experienced pediatric dentists and recent residency graduates.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care
Communicate effectively with patients and parents
Collaborate with local clinical and administrative teams
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Support a positive, team-centered practice culture

Requirements:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completed pediatric dentistry residency (preferred)
North Carolina dental license (or eligible)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-first care
