Key Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction:
- Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
- Assisting patients with filling out necessary forms (e.g., intake forms, insurance information).
Administrative Tasks:
- Managing patient records, including updating information and filing paperwork.
- Handling billing and insurance claims, including processing payments and submitting claims.
- Maintaining office inventory and ordering supplies.
- Filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Communication and Coordination:
- Communicating with insurance companies regarding patient benefits and claims.
- Coordinating with dental specialists for referrals.
- Relaying messages between patients and the dental staff.
Maintaining Office Environment:
- Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized.
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Skills Required:

Customer service skills:
