Dr. Smith, Dr. Wetterhus, and their dedicated team are seeking a reliable and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our family-oriented practice four days a week, Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday. Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
Take digital dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed
Maintain accurate dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Administer anesthetic and nitrous oxide as needed
Utilize Dentrix software for patient management and record-keeping
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Washington State
✔ License to administer Anesthetic and Nitrous Oxide
✔ Experience in a dental clinic setting preferred (new grads welcome!)
✔ Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental management systems (a plus)
✔ Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
✔ Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a fun personality—because we believe in enjoying work while providing top-quality care
