Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide a full scope of general dentistry, including restorative, endodontic, surgical, and preventive procedures.
Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Active Colorado dental license.
Proficiency in general dentistry; experience with third molar extractions and implants preferred but not required.
Strong diagnostic, communication, and patient education skills.
New graduates are welcome to apply.

What We Offer

Compensation: 30–33% of adjusted production, no lab fees.
Earning potential: $150,000–$350,000 annually.

Practice Highlights

10–14 operatories with 3D imaging, digital X-rays, oral scanners, and in-house milling.
Established patient base with consistent new patient flow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
