Anderson Family & Cosmetic Dentistry in Holland is seeking a compassionate, organized, reliable and patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our fast paced dental practice. This role is vital in ensuring patients understand their treatment plans, feel supported throughout their care journey, and receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, must be a multi tasker, team player, dental office experience, and a commitment to helping patients make informed decisions about their oral health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Communication & Education
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, timelines, and financial options clearly and empathetically.
- Answer patient questions and address concerns regarding recommended treatments.
- Follow up with patients to encourage treatment acceptance and schedule appointments.
- Daily Tasks
- Answering phones, check patients in and out, verifying insurance, new patient phone calls
- Treatment Planning & Coordination
- Review and present treatment plans.
- Coordinate and schedule treatment appointments with appropriate providers.
- Financial Arrangements
- Provide accurate cost estimates and discuss insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs.
- Assist with insurance pre-authorizations and claims when necessary.
- Offer and explain payment plan options, financing, and third-party lenders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental office, preferably in treatment coordination or front office roles.
- Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes.
- Experience with Eaglesoft a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
