What You'll Do:

Provide chairside assistance to the doctor during cosmetic and restorative procedures
Perform expanded functions as allowed by Maryland law (e.g., cord packing, digital scanning, taking impressions and fabricating provisionals)
Ensure a five-star patient experience with warmth, discretion, and efficiency- Maintain a meticulously clean and organized operatory
Collaborate with a small, highly trained team in a calm and aesthetically elevated environment

What We’re Looking For:

Current Maryland Dental Assistant certification with Expanded Functions (EFDA) credentials
Radiology certification (required)
2+ years of clinical dental assisting experience preferred (cosmetic dentistry experience is a plus!)
A polished, professional, and friendly demeanor
Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence
Someone who thrives in a boutique, patient-focused setting
