OUR OFFICE: Our busy dental practice in Hillsboro is hiring a new office manager who will also present treatment plans to our patients and process our insurance. In addition to the high-quality dentistry in our office, our team gets along very well and loves working with our dentist.

WE are looking for someone with at least two years of dental front office, insurance, and treatment coordinating experience. You may also be checking patients out, answering phones, and greeting patients, along with our front office Patient Care Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will provide the very best customer service and will answer patient questions and ensure a smooth process for the patient. Administrative support for the dentist and team members is needed. This role requires strong organizational skills, OFFICE MANAGEMENT experience, and a commitment to providing a welcoming environment for everyone.

DAYS AND HOURS: 7:30 TO 4:30 Monday through Thursday. We work 32 hours in a 4-day week.

SOFTWARE: Open Dental

LOCATION: Hillsboro

COVID: Our practice continues to follow all COVID, ADA, ODA, HIPAA & OSHA guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet patients.
Accurate treatment planning with patients.
Answering phones.
Assisting with patient correspondence.
Maintain the front office space to create a pleasant atmosphere for patients.
Support the dentists and your co-workers
Some billing may be required

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communication skills and able to work collaboratively within a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and able to multitask.
A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining confidentiality.
You must have an upbeat personality with a friendly smile on your face.
