We view each patient as a unique individual and tailor each treatment to your specific needs. We are in need of a like-minded person to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator. We are a state-of-the-art dental practice that is seeking an enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator who believes in our Core Values.
About the Position
The Treatment Coordinator represents the practice in all facets of patient services, which may include, but is not limited to; greeting patients, answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, verifying insurance, filing insurance, recording payments, reading EOB’s and coordinating patient flow. Hours are 7:45 am- 5:30pm Monday through Thursday. Fridays are 8:00 am- 1:00 pm. Applicants must be able and willing to work the schedule as set forth by the practice.

- Extremely detail oriented and able to multi task in a very fast paced environment.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when exposed to stressful situations.
- Ability communicate with confidence regarding abilities of doctor(s) and staff.
- Ability to greet visitors professionally and courteously.
- Ability to engender trust from the doctors, co-workers, and patients.
- Ability to work cooperatively with management, staff, and patients.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks in a timely and independent manner.
- Ability to accept constructive criticism, to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to quickly grasp relevant concepts regarding duties and responsibilities.
- Skilled in the use of standard office equipment including: telephones, calculators, copiers, fax, computers, and computer software (MS Excel, Word, Practice Management software).
Education / Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 year(s) customer service in an office environment; experience in the dental profession is required.
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
