Patient/Treatment Coordinator needed for boutique dental office. Do you have the entrepreneurial spirit? Are you forever learning? If so, our practice may be the place for you. Here's the thing....we don't want an "average person" We want exceptional individuals who are eager to help us achieve our goal of being the best dental practice possible. This includes how we handle our patients on a day-to-day basis, and how were operate as a team. You would work in a special environment where we focus on maintaining a positive mindset and looking for solutions rather than whining about problems. We are looking for that missing piece that fits our culture.

I want to hire someone who will be a superstar on a small team devoted to providing the best dental care possible to our patients. More than anything else, I'm looking for an attentive, eager, curious, and punctual person who is ready to be a key cog in our dental practice.

We hire for the Right Person first, not just a set of skills or years of experience (but those don't hurt). This is a small dental practice with five people and sometimes you need to wear a hat you didn't expect and get an odd job done. If you're the type of person who only does what is expected and refuses to do anything else, this is not going to be a good fit for you. We want a team player who will gladly say, "Yes I can do that".

Our office is different from many other dental offices. We avoid drama- there is NO yelling. We TAKE responsibility. When something goes wrong, we all step up to help out. This is a TEAM. The culture is upbeat and positive. Obviously, this is serious work that we do, but we prefer to do it while maintaining a positive outlook. Everyone gets along really well, and you'll feel welcome right away.

Basic Qualifications we are looking for:

Dentimax Software Knowledge, Dental Insurance Verification and Breakdown experience, A+ Customer Service, Scheduling to Productivity, Treatment/Financial Planning and Presentation, Multitasker, Good Communicator and Listener and have exceptional Organizational Skills.
