Treatment Plan Coordinator – Join Our Growing Dental Team!

Location: Auburn, Georgia

We’re looking for a confident, friendly, detail-oriented, Treatment Plan Coordinator to guide patients through their dental care journey—from understanding their treatment options to navigating insurance and finding ways to help patients obtain the dentistry they want and need.

What You’ll Do:

Organize, prioritize, and present treatment plans clearly and compassionately.
Explain insurance coverage & patient costs.
Offer payment and financing options
Coordinate, follow-up care and unscheduled treatments.
Assist Front Staff with check-ins, check-outs, answering phone, and patient scheduling
Responsible for filling doctor's schedule, accounts receivable, collections, and case acceptance and presentation, among other things.
Will require overnight travels and training.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of dental office experience; treatment coordinator or office manager preferred.
Knowledge of dental terminology, Dentrix, & insurance processes.
Excellent communication and organizational skills; bilingual a plus.
A go-getter attitude and with strong desire to help patient find solutions to obtaining their dental needs and wants.
Knowledge and expertise in IT & technology a strong plus.
