Financial Coordinator

North Georgia Smiles, a fast-paced and multi-doctor dental practice in Cumming, GA (exit 300 of 400), is seeking a bilingual Financial Coordinator with 5+ years of experience. We are committed to maintaining a supportive, professional, and respectful workplace. We are looking for an enthusiastic, long-term team member who shares our commitment to excellent patient care and team collaboration!

Work Schedule: Full Time

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Dental insurance verification and claim submission
Managing AR (accounts receivable)
Financial treatment presentations
Handling patient phone calls and scheduling appointments
General office duties such as scanning, filing, and administrative tasks

Required Qualifications:

Bilingual Spanish speaker
Minimum 5 years of dental insurance experience
Experience with Dentrix is required
Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Sales or marketing experience is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits:
