What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee and optimize daily office operations
- Lead and support administrative and front office staff
- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment
- Ensure smooth patient flow and top-tier service
- Implement and uphold office policies and procedures
- Manage schedules, supplies, and communications
- Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in office management, preferably in healthcare or dental
- Natural leadership skills and the confidence to take initiative
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Someone who thrives in a fast paced, purpose driven environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
- Tech-savvy, with dental software (Proficient in Dentrix - preferred)
