Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician to join our in-house laboratory team. This role is critical in supporting high-quality patient care by combining technical expertise, craftsmanship, and modern digital workflows.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in dental prosthetics and materials, along with hands-on experience in CAD/CAM technology and contemporary lab processes. Responsibilities:
- Design & Fabrication: Create high-quality crowns, veneers, bridges, and dentures using advanced dental CAD design software.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain digital dental milling systems and related CAM equipment to produce accurate, lab-quality restorations.
- Case Review & Quality Control: Verify all cases for accuracy, fit, and esthetics, ensuring appliances meet detailed specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Partner closely with dentists and clinical staff to ensure successful outcomes and implement adjustments when needed.
- Compliance & Safety: Follow infection prevention protocols, laboratory safety standards, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with new materials, digital workflows, and evolving lab technologies to improve quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience Required: Proven background as a Dental Lab Technician with hands-on experience in designing and fabricating crowns, bridges, dentures, and veneers.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental materials, prosthetic design principles, and fabrication workflows.
- Digital Expertise: Proficiency with dental CAD design software and hands-on experience with digital CAM milling systems for restoration production.
- Quality & Precision: Detail-oriented with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy, esthetics, and consistent high-quality results.
- Communication & Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with dentists, assistants, and other clinical staff.
- Adaptability: Willingness to stay current on evolving dental lab technologies, digital workflows, and modern materials.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
