We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Onshore Orthodontics. We are a small orthodontic dental office and pride ourselves on our exceptional patient care and advanced technology. This role will involve creating an memorable first impression for new patients and guiding them through the process of starting orthodontic treatment at our office. Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Meet with new patients to discuss their treatment options, explain financial details, and coordinate next steps. Provide a welcoming environment and make genuine connections to patients and families.
- Treatment Planning: Collaboration with the orthodontists to create personalized treatment plans, explaining procedures and timelines to patients and families.
- Schedule Coordination: Manage patient schedules, including follow-up appointments, consultations, and ongoing treatment visits.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with patients. Clearly explain treatment plans, insurance details, and other essential information.
- Organizational Support: Maintain accurate patient records, track treatment progress, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth patient intake processes.
- Leadership: Take initiative in problem-solving and assist in office management duties as needed. Lead by example in maintaining a positive, patient-focused office atmosphere. Work independently and also collaborate effectively within a team environment.
