Belton Family Dental is looking for an amazing dental associate to join our clinical team. One of our associates is leaving to start his own office and we are looking for a rockstar replacement. Each doctor has clinical autonomy, two experienced dental assistants and a rockstar administrative team.
Pay is 30% of adjusted production paid weekly. Our last two associates both produced over 7 figures without doing any root canals or implants earning over $300,000 a year. Our modern office has every amenity available, including a modern decor, a Cerec, two commercial zirconia mills, Exocad, a CBCT, multiple 3D printers, firing oven and more. Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience or has completed a residency, but this is not a requirement.
Opportunities for full time (4.5 days/week) or part time will be considered. Proficiency in understanding digital workflows for fixed or removable prosthetics is a big plus. Most importantly, a strong set of ethics and clinical excellence are required to be a part of the team. Our reputation in our communitiy is everything, as we get over 100 new patients a month without any marketing.
