Salary: $75,000–$90,000 (Based on Experience) + Bonus Incentives Tied to Office Performance

We’re a growing dental group in Northeast Texas seeking a dedicated, driven, and organized Regional Manager to oversee and elevate performance across multiple practices. This role is based out of our Mount Pleasant headquarters and involves traveling between currently 4 dental office locations within the region.

What You’ll Do (Your Mission):
As the Regional Manager, you’ll serve as the Integrator, Implementer, and Operator—the force that drives daily performance, system implementation, and execution at all our practices.
You will:
- Own and implement systems, processes, protocols, and SOPs across all locations
- Drive accountability within each team and ensure leaders are meeting KPIs
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify and solve bottlenecks
- Regularly travel to offices to observe, audit, and execute on performance improvements
- Analyze metrics and dashboards to drive profitability, team efficiency, and patient experience
- Partner with leadership to help scale operations and enhance organizational performance
- Train and support Office Managers and key staff in process improvement and consistency
- Lead with energy and urgency to get things done—you’re not just a thinker, you’re a doer

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in multi-site management, ideally in dental, healthcare, or service industries
Track record of creating, implementing, and enforcing systems
Strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, and performance dashboards
Willingness to travel regularly between offices in the region
Highly organized, proactive, and a natural quick-start operator
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a no-excuses mindset
EOS/Traction knowledge is a plus (but not required)
Comfortable managing people, processes, and projects simultaneously
Tech-savvy and operationally sharp
