About the Role
SNELLING Staffing is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager for a busy dental practice in Bryan, TX. The ideal candidate is a professional, detail-oriented leader who understands the ins and outs of running a fast-paced office while maintaining excellent patient care and supporting a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and a smooth patient and staff experience
- Manage and coordinate scheduling, billing, collections, and insurance claims
- Supervise, train, and support front desk and clinical team members
- Maintain compliance with dental regulations, HIPAA requirements, and office policies
- Monitor office financial performance, assist with budgeting, and support practice growth initiatives
- Handle patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and discretion
- Conduct reporting, reconciliations, and accounting oversight to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with staff and providers to streamline processes and improve workflow
Qualifications
- 2+ years of dental office management or dental front office experience required
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and scheduling systems (Eaglesoft experience preferred)
- Accounting and reconciliation skills required
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
- Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor
