Regional Dental Operations Manager

Location: Houston, TX (Required)

Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 base salary + significant collections-based bonus opportunity

Travel: Weekly travel to Deer Park, Pearland, and Highland Village offices

About Us

We are a privately owned, multi-location dental group serving the Houston area with three established practices: Pearland Dental Group, Dentistry of Highland Village, and Deer Park Dental Group. Our focus is delivering excellent patient care, supporting our providers, and building strong, people-first teams.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Dental Operations Manager to oversee our three offices, support our Office Managers and staff, and help align operations with growth and performance goals.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position that requires weekly, in-person support at each office. You’ll serve as the link between ownership and each practice, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, team development, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct oversight, mentorship, and support to Office Managers and their teams
Visit each office at least once per week (Pearland, Deer Park, Highland Village)
Oversee and improve scheduling, treatment planning, billing, insurance, AR, and collections processes
Track and analyze office KPIs, identify opportunities, and ensure financial targets are met
Partner with ownership to align collections goals with practice growth
Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of key staff members
Step in to cover and troubleshoot office operations when needed
Promote a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented culture across all practices

Who You Are

Based in Houston, TX (required) with reliable transportation for weekly site visits
5+ years of dental management experience (multi-site preferred)
Strong understanding of collections, insurance billing, and financial performance
A proactive leader who builds accountability and elevates team performance
Calm under pressure, highly organized, and solution-focused
Comfortable partnering directly with practice owners to drive results

What We Offer

Base Salary: $80,000–$85,000
Bonus: Significant collections-based incentive plan
