We are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team and build a future with us.

The ideal dental hygienist candidate for this position is a team player with a big heart. The successful dental hygienist is able to clearly communicate potential treatment to patients and the doctor to make sure we provide the best care to our patients. Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional dental hygiene care
Make sure 'No Patient is Left Behind' and coach our patients to increase their dental knowledge and enthusiasm about dental care
Build long-lasting, trusting relationships with dental patients
Help patients look forward to seeing the dentist

Qualifications:

Active NJ Dental Hygienist license
SRP (Scaling and root planing) experience and high comfort level is a must
Current CPR/BLS certification (obtain on the job if not)
Integrity and dependability
Results oriented and commitment to the highest standards of patient care
Team player with a big heart and a "can do will do" approach

Benefits:

Competitive rate + Production Commissions + End of Year bonuses.
Total pay package is based on experience and performance
2-3 days a week for 8 hours a day. Could turn into Full Time.
