Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and will be adept at working with patients of all ages. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and examinations to determine oral health needs.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and document all patient interactions in accordance with practice protocols.
Provide pediatric dentistry services, ensuring a comfortable experience for young patients.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and treatment methods.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Current state dental license and certifications as required.
Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with Dentrix software for managing patient records.
Experience in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other advanced procedures is preferred.
Strong patient assessment skills with the ability to develop tailored treatment plans.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and staff alike.
