Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and will be adept at working with patients of all ages. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and examinations to determine oral health needs.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and document all patient interactions in accordance with practice protocols.
- Provide pediatric dentistry services, ensuring a comfortable experience for young patients.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and treatment methods.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current state dental license and certifications as required.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with Dentrix software for managing patient records.
- Experience in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other advanced procedures is preferred.
- Strong patient assessment skills with the ability to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and staff alike.

Pay: $270,726.00 - $289,555.00 per year
