Dental Regional Manager-Multi Site Dental Operations Leader:
We are looking for a proven dental Regional Manager who knows how to move numbers, drive accountability, and produce measurable results across multiple offices.
If you live in KPI's, collections %, same day treatment conversion, production growth, and expense control we want to meet you!
This position is for a strategic operator and execution-focused leader!
What You Must Bring:
- 5+ years regional or multi-site dental management experience
- Proven success managing 3+ offices simultaneously
- Strong background in operations, collections, production and profitability
- Experience driving KPI's, budgets, and performance metrics
- Ability to recruit, train, develop, and hold leaders accountable
- Deep understanding of front office treatment planning, back office and clinical flow
- Experience with daily production, scheduling efficiency and case acceptance
- Confident decision maker with excellent conflict-resolution skills
- Willingness to travel between locations regularly
