Join Our Dental Specialty Practice Team

Our established dental specialty practice is seeking a motivated, friendly, and organized individual to join our team as a Dental Assistant and Front Office Personnel. This unique role offers the opportunity to work in both clinical and administrative capacities, helping us deliver excellent care and service to our patients.

Position Overview

As a key member of our practice, you will support the dental team with chairside assistance, maintain a clean and safe environment, and provide outstanding customer service and administrative support at the front desk. This dual position is ideal for candidates interested in learning all aspects of dental healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

· Assist the dental specialist during patient procedures

· Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical cleanliness

· Prepare examination and treatment rooms

· Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes

· Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality

· Process payments

Preferred Qualifications

· Previous dental assisting or front office experience is helpful, but not required

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

· Comfortable with computers and office technology

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule

· Position is available for multiple days per week; specific days and hours to be discussed during interview

Compensation

· Competitive hourly wage, commensurate with experience

· On-the-job training provided for candidates without experience
