WOODINVILLE WINE COUNTRY DENTAL PRACTICE SEEKING A FT/PT RDH $70-$80+/HR

Our 2 DDS, 4RDH/1RDA HYGIENE COORDINATOR TEAM seeks an adventurous RDH who likes traditional hygiene and possibly restorative hygiene. We are fast paced but have great systems and many long term quality employees who make everything run smoothly! You are celebrated for your patient engagement and professional skills!

This position has much to offer in that we provide customized care to our patients who trust us and seek our ideal and comprehensive dental care. You will thrive with:

A dedicated hygiene coordinator who appoints your patients, helps you with periodontal charting, and room turnover
A front office team who proactively knows your patient’s insurance benefits before your patient is in the chair
All RDHs and New grads are welcome to learn in our safe setting with great mentorship!
Restorative hygiene - experience preferred or positively engage in training
Laser
Routine oral cancer checks using a Velscope
1-hour appointments for Prophy and Periodontal Maintenance Patients
2-hour New Patient appointments
Existing patients are educated and well managed regarding periodontal status and periodontal maintenance needs. No pressure periodontal treatment planning.
Daily Morning and End of Day “huddles” to keep communication and needs assessment moving forward
Monthly team meetings
Daily and monthly bonuses!

Schedule: MONDAY thru THURSDAY - 7:15am to 5:15pm

Physical Requirements

Sit and stand for extended periods
