About the Position
As our Pediatric Dentist, you will:
- Spearhead the growth of pediatric dental care in our cutting‑edge clinic
- Work hand‑in‑hand with experienced orthodontists to provide integrated treatment planning
- Deliver high‑quality, age‑appropriate dental care for infants through adolescents
- Conduct comprehensive oral exams, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform pediatric procedures: sealants, fluoride treatments, extractions, pulpotomies, stainless‑steel crowns, habit appliances, space maintainers, and more
- Uphold strict infection‑control protocols and maintain precise patient records
- Educate parents and children on preventive oral health and at‑home hygiene techniques
- Foster a welcoming, child‑friendly atmosphere that reduces anxiety and builds trust

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Utah state licensure (or eligible to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years of pediatric dentistry experience (experience in private or group practice preferred)
- Proficiency with dental practice management software and digital radiography
- Outstanding communication skills, especially with children and families

Estimated Pay: Production‑based (35% of collections)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8‑hour shifts (some flexibility available)

Ability to Commute/Relocate: Must be able to commute to St. George, UT; relocation required before start date.
