What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor a high-performing front office and clinical team
Oversee scheduling, billing, patient flow, and financial reporting
Implement systems and best practices to support practice growth
Work closely with doctors and specialists across multiple disciplines

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of dental office management experience (multi-provider/multi-specialty preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with dental software and insurance processing
Tech-savvy and systems-minded
