What You’ll Do:

Be the friendly, professional guide for patients as they navigate their treatment journey
Support patients by reviewing treatment plans, discussing financial options, and helping them feel confident in their care decisions
Coordinate scheduling, insurance, and paperwork to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience
Partner closely with the clinical team to keep communication clear and treatment on track
Play a key role in delivering the exceptional experience that keeps our patients coming back and recommending us to friends and family

What We’re Looking For:

· 1+ year dental experience (required)

· Friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented—with a natural ability to connect with people

· A growth-minded team player who’s open to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement

· Strong communication skills and excellent follow-through

· Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive, and collaborative environment

Pay & Perks:

· $18–$23+/hr, plus a reliable bonus system
