Requirements
- Current Dental Hygienist license in the State of Texas
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform patient screenings, including oral health assessments, health history review, and charting of decay, restorations, and crowns in EMR
- Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies, including brushing, flossing, and nutrition counseling
- Take, develop, and mount dental radiographs
- Remove calculus and plaque (hard and soft deposits) from teeth surfaces
