General/cosmetic/ortho private office is seeking an experienced DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR for our progressive, upscale, mostly FFS private practice in Santa Barbara, CA.

- Hours are Monday- Friday 9 - 6 pm
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience with treatment planning in general
- Knowledge of Dental Software
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
- Experience in General treatment planning
- Experience working with PPO (we only have 1)
- Compassionate, patient-centered, polished, and personable
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and phone skills
- Multi-tasker and team player! We all work together to make our office the best patient experience possible.
- The ideal candidate will take initiative, have great phone skills, customer service attitude and excellent overall communication abilities.
- Must be proficient in billing
- Must be proficient in treatment coordination (working with the Doctor to present and sell cases)
- An Ideal Candidate should be capable of completing all of the following day to day duties including but not limited to; recall, scheduling, billing, presenting treatments, collecting payments etc. . ..
