Associate Dentist – Chattanooga, TN
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $250,000/yr+
Schedule: 4 days/week (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, no weekends or evenings)
Compensation Structure: 30% of adjusted production
Daily Guarantee: $750/day minimum for the first 90 days

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated Associate Dentist to join our team. This role is ideal for a doctor who thrives in a technology-forward environment and enjoys delivering comprehensive care to an appreciative patient base.

What You’ll Need
- Active Tennessee dental license (DMD or DDS)
- Proven skill and confidence in implant surgery (placement and restoration)
- Proficiency in comprehensive general dentistry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to clinical excellence and patient care
- 2+ years of experience preferred; exceptional new grads considered
