The office of Hoversten Kuyper Dentistry is looking to add a full time dental receptionist/insurance person to our team! The hours would be approximately 7:30-5:00-5:15 pm Monday-Thursday and Fridays until noon. This position requires greeting patients with a welcoming attitude, scheduling appts, answering a multi-line phone system, helping patients with questions and filling our forms, filing insurance claims, scanning and copying and also end of day reports.
Our office offers paid vacations, sick pay, holiday pay, dental coverage, and a 401 K plan.
Previous experience in a dental /medical office setting preferred. Dental assisting experience a plus! Looking for an individual who has excellent customer service and communication skills and also an effective team member!
