Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and ensure efficiency between two specialists (periodontist & prosthodontist).

Manage HR functions: hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and staff accountability.

Handle patient relations, resolve conflicts, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.

Monitor practice KPIs: production, collections, case acceptance, accounts receivable.

Conduct daily morning huddles and weekly staff meetings to ensure communication and accountability.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of dental office management experience (specialty practice experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of dental billing, insurance claims, CDT codes, and treatment coordination.

Proven leadership skills: able to motivate, hold staff accountable, and resolve conflicts professionally.

Solid financial acumen: experience managing collections, AR, and practice metrics.

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or related field preferred; FAADOM designation a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
